Weather has been poor this August, we’ve only managed a handful of trips around the strong winds that have kept us tied up, all those trips inshore owing to strong winds or size of tide.
Small tides and a lovely weather window allowed us to get out wreck fishing on Monday, our first visit for a good few weeks.
I was a little apprehensive given the weather, but shouldn’t have been.
The few wrecks we choose were on fire.
Stacked with plenty of plump pollack, largest being 12lb 8oz and a great average size.
Great fishing for everyone aboard My Way 2 once again.
