The Shakespeare Agility 2 12/20lb rod has a soft supple tip designed specifically for fishing with braided line. The rod has a superb action with well positioned rings loading the blank perfectly.

The soft tip makes it an ideal choice when drifting shallow or deeper water for an array of different species such as pollack, coalfish and turbot. But the powerful blank is equally at home when searching out hard fighting inshore sharks such as hounds and tope.
The PENN Battalion 20lb boat road is built using a special blend of high performance carbon, offering an extremely light weight rod, that is both slim yet powerful.
Most 20lb rods tend to lock up mid way down the tip section and offer lifting power at this point to the butt. These 20lb rods are slightly different, the tip action is more progressive bordering on parabolic with the power coming from the butt section, with the 30lb class offering a similar responsive tip action but with more power at the mid section.
Suitable for both braid and mono. They not only look good, but offer great bite detection both inshore on light stuff but also in the deeps, were the powerful butt section helps ease your catch up quite effectively.
