Nice to be back on the water today, our first time for a few weeks thanks to the extremely poor weather we’ve all suffered with lately. Inshore fished as expected given the northerly winds with dogs, whiting and huss the main catches.
Our anchor in the deeps was slow, no spurs or tope for Laura to tag she she did though manage to tag a couple good sized huss for the Shark research database she collects information for.
Drifting in the deeps worked well, with some nice pollack coming to the rods frequently. Averaging 4lb, Mark with the best at 7lb 2oz
Enjoyable day back at work 😊
