Another great weekend and a catch up afloat with some good friends from around the UK. Saturday the weather wasn’t the best, with north 30mph blowing for most of the morning. We managed to sneak a few hrs scratching around the bay as the winds eased in the afternoon. Plenty of fish and species keeping us all entertained.
Sunday we stuck to smoothhound fishing and it was a tale of baby shark ….

Everyone into a good few hounds, but the average size around 6-8lb well below par for our general catches.
Still good fun and sport on the light tackle generally used by these seasoned professionals.
