It was a lumpy start to yesterdays trip offshore in search of some fish for the table. A brisk North West wind giving us a lumpy ride out to our chosen destination.
However the fishing was with it, the wreck was stacked with some quality pollack. Very well conditioned fish with an average size over 10lb for all 5 anglers fishing with us.
With the fish boxes full after a few hours, we headed in early. Stopped aoutside the harbour and had an enjoyable our filleting the catch ready for the table.
