Plenty of fillets
We’ve enjoyed a successful few days offshore this week, the fish boxes were rammed full.
Majority of fish 5/6lb nothing like the double figures we’re accustomed to this time of year, but still plenty of them.
Nothing is wasted the fish carcasses go off to Gareth’s Shellfish for lobster and crab bait
Buckets full of fillets from Thursdays trip and they’re still at it.
Mainly pollack with codling, ling, coalfish and some pout.
