Another hard day afloat on Wednesday.
Plenty of fish showing but not feeding so well, the few we managed to winkle out coughing up sandeels.
Was a pleasure to meet up with Kit Dunne today from Wicklow Boat Charters in Ireland.
We’ve often discussed meeting up in the Irish Sea, two charters from two countries and having a fish together.
We’ve been friends for many years and met up initially on the International Match fishing scene. Kit proudly representing Ireland and myself likewise for the Welsh National Team.
After a few cancellations with weather we managed it at last.
We’re already looking at a few more next year when we start our 2020 wreck fishing season
