September is the time of year offshore when the fishing slows down. Earlier this week we managed another trip to the wrecks with some great results.
The last few wrecking trips have always yielded plenty of pollack but with the average size down slightly on the prime June – Aug trips.
However on our most recent trips we managed to keep a fairly respectable 8lb average for the day and fill the boxes with prime fillets of fish.
Great fishing and weather enjoyed by all afloat on My Way 2
