With our final trips of 2022 fulfilled we can now announce the results of our 2022 My Way 2 Species Hunt, once again this fun filled competition was generously sponsored by Pure Fishing UK with tackle vouchers available from PENN & BERKLEY. The 2022 Species Hunt has two slight changes to the format of the last couple years offering more people the chance to win.

Each species is awarded points from the list below, maximum number of wins.

Each angler records all species caught as per normal. However only 6 trips from Holyhead and 3 trips from the Menai Strait will count towards their final total!
Both competitions offering the following prizes
1st Prize – £150 PENN & BERKLEY tackle voucher
2nd Prize – £100 PENN & BERKLEY tackle voucher
Despite the ridiculously high number of days cancelled owing to the weather, this year’s species hunt was once again a great success with the anglers participating recording a combined 34 different fish species in total.
