Another great day afloat on 18th December, stopped off inshore for the morning plenty of bits n pieces, with whiting being retained to supplement the mackerel and squid baits. Quick check of the tide book so we weren’t too late for the slack water in the deeps, then it was a couple hours chasing small sharks. Despite a sloppy sea, we managed some cracking sport with a plentiful amount of spurdogs, topped off with a few huss and the odd bait robbing dogfish.
