The wonders of wrecking

With a brisk NW wind it was a lumpy and damp start to our trip on Thursday 02nd July. The fishing was also slow to get going with only a few fish being landed each drift.

Once the wind dropped and allowed for some more precise drifts it kicked off. Plus side the cords started, blue skies appeared and everyone started catching single or double shots most drifts.

Pollack, codling and coalfish – fish boxes rammed.
