Weather tried its best this weekend to cancel our enjoyment.
With strong NW winds our planned days general fishing and a venture to Holyhead Deep was touch and go.
Saturday we managed to sail off a few miles to the southern edge of Holyhead Deep and were reward with a good number of pollack to 5lb on a wreck and then pack tope and huss at anchor.
On Sunday the stronger wind and more westerly direction cancelled plans for the Deep so we headed down the coast in search of rays.
We caught a good few, nothing big average size of 5lb keeping everyone busy
