Last month the weather hammered us with high winds and some fairly biblical rainfall that cancelled all but a couple trips since relocating to the Menai Strait. Never the less, we’ve cracked on with plenty of jobs, rig tying when the rain poured and then some TLC and improvements to My Way as weather allowed.
Gunwales have been sanded down and painted ( be warned you weight bangers! )
The galley makeover is well underway, the gas hob & oven unit has been taken out and is being replaced by an inverter for 240V with the help of Stuart Marine.
These works to be completed next week and will see a new microwave & kettle, and if your sandwiches are cut into triangles a toastie maker!
