A hard morning came good in the end last Monday for our first venture offshore for the season.
Stronger winds than forecast, big seas and the first couple wrecks not giving up the fish was making for a difficult trip.
Thankfully the winds eased, tide turned and out third wreck gave up plenty of pollack and the odd small coalfish to fill the cool boxes.
